Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of the QAPP Property Management website and its tenant, owner, and vendor portals (together, "the Site"). By using the Site you agree to these terms. QAPP is RECA-licensed and operates under Century 21 All Stars Ltd.

Information on the Site — including balances, statements, work order statuses, and messages — is provided for convenience. It does not replace or amend your lease, your management agreement, or any notice served under the Residential Tenancies Act (Alberta). If the Site and a signed document disagree, the signed document governs.

Portal accounts are personal. Keep your password confidential, do not share your account, and tell us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without authority. You are responsible for activity under your account until you notify us.

Do not misuse the Site: no attempting to access another person’s records, probing or disrupting the service, scraping, or submitting unlawful, misleading, or abusive content. We may suspend portal access for misuse; doing so does not affect rights and obligations under your lease or management agreement.

Lucy is an automated assistant. Answers may be incomplete or inaccurate and are not legal, financial, or emergency advice. For emergencies, call our emergency line at 780-298-8120; for gas or power emergencies contact the utility directly. Anything important should be confirmed with our team.

Personal information collected through the Site is handled as described in our Privacy Policy, in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act (Alberta).

The Site is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses caused by Site unavailability, errors in convenience information, or events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Residential Tenancies Act or other applicable law that cannot be limited by agreement.

We may update these terms from time to time; the "last updated" date below will change and continued use means acceptance.
